Token Purchase Refunds
LeadLood operates on a prepaid token model. Because tokens grant immediate access to live data searches, we have a limited refund window. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on token purchases subject to the conditions below.
Eligible for Refund
- •You purchased tokens within the last 7 days
- •You have used fewer than 10% of the tokens in that purchase
- •You experienced a technical error that prevented token credits from being applied
- •Duplicate charges were made to your payment method
Not Eligible for Refund
- •Tokens that have been used (downloaded contacts)
- •Purchases older than 7 days
- •Purchases where more than 10% of tokens have been consumed
- •Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
- •Dissatisfaction with the quality of the Google Places data (this is a third-party dataset)
How to Request a Refund

Send an email to myblogger129@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [your email]".

Include your purchase details
Provide your account email, the date of purchase, and the reason for your refund request.

Our team will verify eligibility and confirm the refund amount.

Refund processed in 5–10 business days
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Account Cancellation
You may cancel your LeadLood account at any time. Account cancellation is permanent and cannot be undone. Here's what happens when you cancel:
- Your account and all associated data will be scheduled for deletion within 30 days
- Any unused tokens at the time of cancellation are non-refundable unless they meet the 7-day refund criteria
- Your search history will become inaccessible immediately upon cancellation
- You can export your search history before cancelling from the Search History page
